Mejona provides software development, consulting, and digital solutions including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, AI automation, CRM & ERP solutions, cloud services, and data analytics. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for any specific project will be as per the agreed proposal or contract.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mejona and its licensors.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Mejona. Nothing on our website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written consent.

For client projects, intellectual property rights will be transferred as specified in the project agreement or contract.

By engaging our services, you agree to pay the fees specified in the agreed proposal or contract.

• Subscription Services: Billed monthly or annually in advance, with auto-renewal unless cancelled
• Project-Based Services: Payment terms as specified in the project agreement (typically 30-50% upfront)
• Late Payments: May incur late fees and suspension of services
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Refunds: Governed by our Refund Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mejona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall Mejona's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services exceed the total amount paid by you to Mejona in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• At the end of the current billing cycle with 30 days' written notice
• Immediately for breach of these Terms
• Immediately for non-payment of fees
• By mutual written agreement

Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding fees and we will provide any data export as per our data retention policy.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
